Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional – CPA – Remote
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation and tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software; document interactions to maintain accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax‑preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with extensive tax‑preparation experience and PTIN.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
Passionate about helping clients navigate complex tax matters; committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What You Need
Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Expected base pay ranges (per location):
Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
New York: $28.80 – $36.50
Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
Washington: $28.80 – $36.50
Washington, DC: $28.80 – $36.50
This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans.
