The Role To provide a quality comprehensive administrative service within the Telecommunications team within eHealth.
Background We proudly serve a population of 655,000 across rural and urban communities in both North and South Lanarkshire. NHS Lanarkshire is comprised of Acute Services, Corporate & Property & Support Services, North and South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnerships providing integrated primary healthcare and social care services to local communities.
Requirements
SVQ III in ICT/Telecommunications and/or administration or equivalent i.e. the post holder should have the ability to demonstrate electronic office systems, understanding of telecommunications products. Administrative experience, including spreadsheet and database skills to be able to manipulate and provide information, minutes, etc.
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of software packages with particular attention to Microsoft Visio.
Ability to work independently/under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a team environment.
Leadership qualities an advantage.
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.
It would be great if you also have
Any Telecommunications industry specific qualifications
Experience with dealing Telecommunications service providers
Experience with telecommunications billing
Understanding of Telecommunications infrastructure fixed line and mobile
Leadership qualities an advantage
Car driver with a full, valid UK/EU/EEA drivers licence
