$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 depending on experience, and bonus opportunity.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams focused on the identification, standardization, and implementation of quality process improvements across the entire organization to directly impact Quality KPIs.

Directs and supports coordinating quality relevant new product development activities (APQP, FMEA, etc.)

Lead cross‑functional efforts to resolve systemic quality defects originating from newly launched or externally sourced products.

Create and manage customer quality data collection systems in order to identify systemic quality defects.

Coordinate data collection, issue analysis, and information distribution of systemic customer quality issues.

Own and facilitate all activities necessary for ISO 9001 preparation, successful certification, and ongoing retention.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial, process, or manufacturing engineering, along with at least 4 years of quality‑specific work experience.

Ability to use SAP and/or WindChill software recommended.

Process engineering skills required.

Project management skills required; must be able to make a committed plan and yield expected results including meeting budget and time constraints.

Six Sigma and Lean experience preferred.
