$65K–$85K Base
$150K–$200K+ OTE - First year target total compensation (uncapped commissions)
We’re looking for a driven Sales Hunter to expand our footprint in the IT Managed Services space. This role is 100% new business development — no account management or client maintenance.
The ideal candidate has experience selling IT services or technical solutions (Managed Services, networking, servers, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or hardware) and thrives in a results-driven environment.
Required:
5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT sales
Proven track record as a Hunter — consistently hitting or exceeding new business targets.
Strong understanding of IT services (networking, servers, cloud, security, or desktop support).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with organizations needing managed IT services and support.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused solely on new client acquisition.
Build and manage a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and provided lead lists.
Conduct discovery meetings to assess prospect needs and propose customized IT solutions.
Present value-driven proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
