Co-Founder, Red Frog Solutions | Member-Owner, NPAworldwide | USAF Veteran $170,000 – $200,000 Base + Up to 20% Annual Bonus This is a strategic sales and product marketing position focused on building relationships with major enterprise and hyperscale customers. You’ll manage and expand key accounts, drive new business opportunities across North America, and collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver next‑generation SSD and controller solutions.
Required
8–14 years of experience in enterprise SSD, controller, NAND, or storage technology sales or product marketing.
Proven success managing complex B2B sales cycles with hyperscalers, enterprise clients, and global OEMs.
Strong understanding of NAND, enterprise SSDs, controller technologies, and data center market dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
English fluency required; Korean language skills a plus.
Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Santa Clara, CA (on‑site role).
Responsibilities
Drive direct sales and business development for enterprise SSD controller and SSD product lines.
Manage relationships with key hyperscaler, enterprise, and OEM/ODM customers in North America, while supporting global partners in Asia and Europe.
Partner closely with engineering and procurement teams to align technical requirements with business objectives.
Contribute to go‑to‑market strategy, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
Support commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer contracts.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and competitive trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are translated into product roadmaps.
Represent company at major industry events and conferences.
