Overview:
Join a leading Ohio-based staffing firm as a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
focused on selling
contract and temporary staffing services
to mid-market clients. This is a client‑facing sales role with on‑site presence and strong collaboration with local delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and sell contract/temporary staffing solutions across professional and technical verticals
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Partner with internal recruiters to ensure successful placements and client retention
Participate in in‑person meetings, networking events, and client site visits
Build a consistent pipeline and hit or exceed GP benchmarks
What We’re Looking For:
History of producing
$250K+ in gross profit per year
Prior experience selling contract/temp staffing services at a staffing agency
Proven success in new business development —
this is not a recruiting role
Local to Mentor or able to commute daily (on‑site role)
