Job Summary As the Regional Sales Representative (RSR), you will implement the CUES sales strategy in your designated area with Dealers (if applicable), drive growth and market penetration, manage customer relationships, maintain the CRM system, analyze reports to support the “Go to Market Strategy,” collaborate with Sales Coordinators on specifications and quotes, assist municipal and contractor buyers with budgeting and investment needs, and demonstrate the features and benefits of CCTV equipment to customers.
Job Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
Achieve sales results through promotional programs, pricing policies, and support tools. Metrics include Territory Revenue and Margin attainment, and management objectives.
Analyze sales results and drivers to accelerate or improve performance, update monthly forecasts.
Provide product demonstrations to prospects and customers in person or through Channel Partners/Dealers.
Utilize marketing to develop value‑selling campaigns.
Market Analysis and Insights
Gather, maintain, and analyze market information, including competitive activities, market conditions, economic influences, target accounts, current accounts, customer profiles, agency profiles, and market share.
Provide market insights to Product Management and Marketing teams regarding competition, pricing/promotions, channel changes, etc.
Customer Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with Dealers (if applicable) to ensure proper coverage and alignment on growth strategy and operational needs.
Communicate effectively with Regional Sales Manager, Product Management, and Marketing to define go‑to‑market strategy, pricing, and metrics for successful launch of new products and initiatives.
Understand products and provide support to the field sales force and channel as needed.

Update monthly sales forecast.
Perform other duties as defined by the Regional Sales Manager or leadership.
Required Experience & Qualifications
3‑5 years of outside sales experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude (preferred).
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred.
50‑60% travel by airplane or automobile.

Experience in regional sales.
Effectively analyze market data to drive revenue growth.
Demonstrated strong sales skills and result orientation.
Ability to identify new opportunities and close business.
