Regional Sales Representative (RSR) at
SPX Technologies . SPX Technologies builds HVAC and Detection and Measurement solutions to enable a safer, more efficient, sustainable world. The CUES division develops water, wastewater, and stormwater inspection equipment with CCTV cameras, pre-built vehicles, and software for pipeline inspection and rehabilitation. As part of Detection and Measurement, the RSR is responsible for implementing the CUES sales strategy in the designated area, achieving growth and market penetration, managing customer relationships, maintaining the CRM, analyzing reports to drive our Go-to-Market strategy, collaborating with Sales Coordinators on specifications and quotes, assisting municipal and contractor buyers with budgeting and investment needs, and demonstrating the features and benefits of CCTV equipment to customers. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Implement and execute the sales strategy in the assigned territory with Dealers (if applicable). Achieve sales results through promotional programs, pricing policies, and support tools; monitor territory revenue, margin attainment, and management objectives. Analyze sales results and drivers to improve performance and update monthly forecasts. Provide product demonstrations to prospects and customers in person or via Channel Partners/Dealers. Use marketing to develop value-selling campaigns. Gather, maintain, and analyze market information (competition, market conditions, accounts, customer profiles, etc.). Provide market insights to Product Management and Marketing regarding competition, pricing, channel changes, etc. Develop strong relationships with Dealers (if applicable) to ensure coverage and alignment on growth strategy and operational needs. Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Product Management, and Marketing to define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and launch of new products and initiatives. Understand products and support field sales force and channel as needed. Update monthly sales forecast and perform other duties as defined by leadership. Required Experience
3–5 years of outside sales experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Preferred Experience
Background in regional sales Mechanical and electrical aptitude Skills & Abilities
Ability to analyze markets and drive profitable revenue growth Strong sales skills and reportable track record Effective communication with customers, leadership, peers, and the sales organization Results-oriented with ability to identify opportunities and close business Ethics and integrity in meeting commitments Ability to handle competing demands with urgency and energy Strong negotiation skills Education & Certifications
High school diploma required Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred Travel & Working Environment
