Restaurant Executive Chef

to lead this outstanding restaurant / brewery in the land of the Midnight Sun… Fairbanks Alaska. A local favorite, this authentic, locally owned and operated spot is serving up creative and inspired food with award winning craft beer. Casual, comfortable and inviting, always cooked from scratch, quality and consistency are the bedrock of this operation. Requirements Ideal candidate will have the following: 1-2 years’ experience working as Sous Chef/Chef or AKM/KM in the casual dining segment Proven success in managing a team in a rural location Experience in menu creation and pricing Ability to handle high volume situations while maintaining company quality standards Passion for developing and mentoring a team an absolute must Track record of achieving financial results Salary Range & Benefits Salary – $45k – $50k (starting, based on experience level ) Obtainable $3k – $5k Annual Performance Bonus Program 70/30 Company paid Medical and Dental Insurance
