Job Summary
Job Description Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals. Create sales plans, analyze data, assign sales territories, and build the sales team. Responsibilities & Duties Motivate and advise sales representatives to improve their performance, as well as hire and train new team members. Achieve sales objectives through effective planning, setting goals, analyzing past performance data, and projecting future performance. Collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources. Expand the target customer base. Work with product and research teams to ensure customer needs are met. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 5+ years of sales experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
