Pay starting at $12/Hr. We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a
Bartender
at
OTO Development .
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers in a timely manner.
Prepare a large amount of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Interact positively with customers, take orders, and serve a variety of snacks and drinks.
Assess customers’ needs and preferences while making knowledgeable recommendations.
Check customer identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Operate cash registers, collect payments from customers, and return change.
Manage bar operation, including ordering and maintaining liquor and bar supplies.
Requirements
Minimum 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
In-depth knowledge of alcohol and craft cocktail bars; strong mixology skills.
Ability to be on your feet for up to eight hours.
Effective communication with guests and associates.
Flexible schedule that may include evenings, nights, and weekends.
Physical Requirements This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.
Travel Requirements This position would require little to no travel.
Pay Scale $9.43- $23.03/hour. Rate depends upon state/market and experience.
