Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (or until the job is complete) Occasional Saturdays required Responsibilities:
Crate Construction: Build wooden crates and containers to precise dimensions using hand and power tools. Material Handling: Select appropriate wood and materials based on job specifications. Blueprint Reading: Interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to determine crate specifications. Cutting & Assembling: Cut wood to size and assemble using nails, screws, and glue to ensure structural integrity. Quality Control: Inspect finished crates to confirm they meet company quality and safety standards. Safety Compliance: Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and procedures. Qualifications:
Previous experience in woodworking, crate building, or a similar hands-on role preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and safety Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
