As Concessions Manager, you will oversee the operations of all concession areas, ensuring seamless service, high-quality offerings, and a memorable guest experience. You will lead a team focused on speed, accuracy, and satisfaction. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
2–4 years of experience managing concessions or high-volume foodservice
Familiarity with POS systems and food safety protocols
ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of all concession stands
Hire, train, and supervise concessions staff
Maintain high standards for food quality and guest service
Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor coordination
Monitor compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations
Track sales and labor to meet budgetary goals
