Job Description: The Facilities Service Specialist plays a key role in supporting workplace operations by providing a range of administrative and facilities-related services. This includes office relocations, conference room setups, and general support to ensure a clean, functional, and welcoming environment for our clients and employees.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Office Moves & Setup
Coordinate and execute office relocations, replicating layout and appearance in new locations. Set up new offices with supplies and ensure all equipment is operational and the space is presentable. Manage office departures, including file removal, delivery to designated personnel, and packaging of personal items. Conference Room Preparation
Set up meeting spaces according to client specifications, ensuring cleanliness, proper lighting, and functional equipment. Facilities Support
Perform light maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures, moving and assembling small furniture, and addressing ad hoc facility needs. Mail Services
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including metering, sorting, and distributing packages in accordance with schedule and accountability protocols. Copy & Print Services
Accurately complete copy, print, and scan jobs based on written instructions, ensuring quality and timeliness. Hours
8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Previous experience in customer service or facilities support preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to lift and transport items up to 40 lbs. and operate a wheeled cart with loads up to 75 lbs. Role may require extended periods of physical activity including walking, bending, or standing
The Compensation range for this role is 16.60 to 22.50 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
