User Access Analyst (Entitlement) for a
Contract
assignment with one of our premier
Regulatory
clients in
Rockville, MD.
Candidate must be in the DMV Area. This role is 3 days per week Onsite in the Rockville or Tysons Office.
Responsibilities
: Exercise sound judgment using documented procedures and policies while performing user provisioning activities that support authorized access to the Entitlement Program applications Activities include creating and maintaining accounts for Super Account Administrators (SAAs) for member firms. Conduct research and provide solutions to entitlement cases and Tier II calls from internal and external customers.

Skills :
Must demonstrate attention to detail, sound judgment, and solid organizational skills. Must be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of entitlement security procedures, protocols, and work processes. Solid communication skills are required.
