Job Description: This role will coordinate across IT, OT, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational priorities The PMO IT/OT Project Manager III will work with project team to implement best in-class applications and enhancements. Responsible for organizing and facilitating status update, presentations, project schedule, financial reporting and risk management. Project manager would use project management skills to work with the team to provide project deliverables, identify project risks, organize workshops and training venues. Some projects will be companywide, large projects that require appropriate levels of communication and task coordination to ensure projects are delivered with quality. Understand the triple constraints of a project and how to control project scope, cost and schedule.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both Information Technology and Operational Technology, demonstrating the ability to bridge the gap between traditional IT systems and industrial OT environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements. This role will coordinate across IT, OT, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational priorities
Responsibilities : Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for cybersecurity initiatives. Facilitate coordination between IT, OT, security operations, compliance, and third-party vendors. Track risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed. Prepare regular status updates and executive-ready reporting. Support compliance evidence collection, audit readiness, and risk register updates. Ensure pilots are documented, evaluated, and transitioned into broader adoption where successful. Required Skills & Qualifications :
5-7 years' experience Familiarity with cybersecurity domains such as vulnerability management, compliance frameworks (NIST, GDPR, NIS2, TSA Pipeline SD, CMMC, NERCCIP, SOX, CCPA), and security operations (EDR, NDR, SIEM, Vulnerability Management). Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills. Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical topics for diverse audiences. Experience delivering projects in complex IT/OT or regulated environments is a plus. Self-motivated, works with appropriate urgency, friendly and assertive. Extremely detailed oriented and organized. Exceptional time management skills. Excellent concise writing and communication skills. Cool, calm, collected and collaborative. Works well under pressure, comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments. Can shift readily between the "big picture " and the small-but-crucial details, knowing when to concentrate on each. Develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals. Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Project. Ability to identify and document issues, risks and problems. Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Oil & Gas experience is a plus. Experience in an Information Technology Environment. Education:
