Our client, a leading Financial Services firm, is seeking a Senior DBA Manager / Database Architect to join their team.

Enterprise Technology Department

supporting the

Database Engineering and Migration Team . The ideal candidate will have

Senior DBA Manager / Database Architect

Location: Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid) What's the Job? Lead a team of DBAs in a multi-year migration of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, and other databases. Oversee database architecture, performance tuning, and optimization across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data integrity. Develop and enforce database standards, policies, and procedures. Foster a culture of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experience in database administration and architecture. Proven leadership in managing large-scale database migration projects. Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and DB2. PMP certification is a plus. What's in it for me?
