Carpet Wholesalers is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls and assisting customers with questions
• Providing excellent in-store and over-the-phone customer support
• Using the computer to check orders, inventory, and process information
• Maintaining a professional and helpful attitude at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
