Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Warehouse Pay Rate: $11.00 per hour Overtime: Must be available to work overtime as needed Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional service while supporting daily warehouse operations. Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist with order processing, returns, and inventory inquiries.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Process shipping and receiving documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with inventory checks and data entry.
• Provide updates and status reports to management regarding customer issues or concerns.
• Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
