High-end boutique law firm located in Irvine; CA has an immediate opportunity for a litigation attorney to join their team. This firm is offering the litigation attorney mentorship and development as well as the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters related to commercial litigation, employment law and real estate.
Handle employment and business litigation cases
- Utilize case management software and legal software such as LexisNexis for efficient management of cases
- Employ strong litigation skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Conduct depositions and manage law & motion
- Conduct briefings and present complex legal information in an understandable manner.
Candidate must possess at least 3 years of experience in the role of a litigation attorney.
+ Proficient in the use of Case Management Software and Legal software.
+ Should have handled Complex Commercial Litigation.
+ Ability to work independently, manage large caseloads, and keep information confidential.
+ Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects.
+ Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to the legal field.
