Century Group is hiring: Interim Senior Accounting Manager in Arapahoe

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Interim Senior Accounting Manager to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $50.00 to $60.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close processes for the operating company
• Prepare and review detailed journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Perform and analyze complex accounting reconciliations across multiple accounts
• Review activities of teams handling general ledger, accounts payable, cash applications, and ERP transactions
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure adherence to internal controls

Requirements:

• 10+ years of accounting experience in a corporate or operational setting
• Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Apply working knowledge of internal controls and ensure SOX compliance
• Communicate effectively with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Exhibit strong computer and analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel
• Display ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
• Show experience with financial systems such as SAP or NetSuite
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments
