Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to handle vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments with exceptional accuracy. This role involves reconciling vendor statements, maintaining organized records, and collaborating with project managers to ensure proper job cost allocations. Maintain clear, accurate, and organized accounts payable records. + Work with project managers and staff to ensure proper job cost allocations. + Prepare weekly and monthly accounts payable reports for management. + Use Acumatica to process accounts payable transactions and maintain data integrity. + Track contract balances and reconcile using Excel spreadsheets. 2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in the construction industry. + Proficiency with accounting software; Solid understanding of accounts payable processes. + Strong organizational skills to manage a large volume of invoices across multiple projects. + Excellent communication skills for working with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams. Knowledge of sales/use tax requirements for WA/ID is a plus. The position is onsite at the Flour Mill Downtown, working hours are 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane, Washington.
