Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated part‑time Phlebotomy Technician Lead Instructor to join our team. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce. The Phlebotomy Technician Programs run for 3‑12 weeks. Applicants must be available Monday through Friday from:

• 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
• 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

Duties & Responsibilities

• Instructing students in all aspects of the Phlebotomy Technician scope of practice.
• Evaluating, reporting, and recording student performance and progress.
• Preparing students for a 40‑hour externship in a lab or hospital.
• Assisting students to develop an understanding of values, attitudes, and ideals appropriate to the healthcare profession.
• Providing a professional role model for students.

Qualifications

• Current CPT license.
• At least 3 years of documented on‑the‑job experience in a CLIA lab within the last 5 years.
• No teaching experience required.
• Proficient in all aspects of blood collection (capillary, syringe, vacutainer, butterfly).
• Comfortable speaking to large groups, multitasking, and critical thinking.
• Efficient with computers and technology.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
