Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and confirming logistics.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, reimbursements, and meeting preparation materials.
  • Anticipate executive needs, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management.
  • Prepare agendas, notes, and communications for meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Build strong working relationships across departments to facilitate scheduling and project coordination.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of progressive administrative or executive assistant experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience managing complex calendars and supporting multiple stakeholders.
