Westmoor is a privately owned, 580-member club on 14 acres in Nantucket, MA. The Club offers 12 tennis courts, multiple dining outlets, two pools, pickleball courts, croquet lawns, extensive wellness facilities, and a variety of programs for all ages.
We are seeking an experienced
Food & Beverage Manager
to join our leadership team. Reporting to the Executive Chef/F&B Director, this role oversees all aspects of dining and beverage service—fine dining, casual outlets, and banquet operations—ensuring seamless execution, gracious hospitality, and service excellence for our members and guests. The Manager will be highly visible in the dining rooms, actively engaged with members, and will collaborate closely with culinary, events, and other departments. This is a
year-round, salaried position with full benefits . For the right candidate, there is flexibility to work remotely off-island during the off-season (approximately 2–3 months each year). The role offers
strong career growth potential , and we are seeking someone interested in making a
long-term commitment to the Club . Ideally, the selected candidate will begin this winter to assist with planning and preparation for the upcoming season. Key Responsibilities Lead daily F&B service operations across dining rooms, outlets, and events. Supervise, schedule, train, and motivate front-of-house staff. Oversee hiring, training programs, and staff development. Manage payroll accuracy, scheduling, and adherence to policies. Partner with leadership on budgets, expenses, and service benchmarks. Ensure setup, execution, and breakdown of dining services and events. Maintain visibility on the floor to engage with members and resolve service concerns. Secure facilities at close and oversee dining room inventory. Qualifications Proven management experience in private clubs, fine dining, or luxury hospitality. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a hands-on approach. Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire). Proficiency in F&B software systems and Microsoft Office Suite. High integrity, detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
