Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Part Time Company Overview Kid Centered Therapy is a premier provider of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services, dedicated to delivering high‑quality therapeutic support to children and families in South Florida. Summary We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our passionate team at Kid Centered Therapy. In this role, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children, utilizing the principles of ABA to address behavioral challenges and promote adaptive skills. Your expertise will be essential in helping our clients achieve meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough initial assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.

Develop and implement data‑driven ABA interventions tailored to each child's needs.

Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Provide training and support to staff on ABA principles and best practices.

Supervise RBTs and Student Analysts.

Additional Details

The BCBA selected for this position will be based in Palm Beach County.

The BCBA will work part‑time with the potential for full‑time in the future.

The BCBA will be okay working in the Palm Beach County area.

Requirements

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.

Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
