What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Organize and oversee the production of assigned shops or teams, ensuring compliance with schedules and quality standards
Maintain close working relationships with subcontractors, facilitating effective communication and support
Analyze KPIs to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Support technical teams in various shop activities, including CNC machining and composite repairs
Adhere to OSHA, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a culture of safety and teamwork
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Science, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of aerospace manufacturing experience in a leadership role or equivalent management/technical background
Strong knowledge of Aerospace/ISO drawings, specifications, and technical data for aircraft parts completion
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or G‑Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in diffusing personnel conflicts and acting as a servant leader
Proven problem‑solving and analytical skills with adaptability to different cultural and business environments
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as root cause analysis and 5S
