Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Relentless follow-up with our qualified leads
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and negotiation strategies
Manage property listings, showings, and open houses
Build and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Collaborate with team members to share insights, referrals, and best practices
Stay informed on current market trends, contracts, and real estate regulations
Qualifications
Active
California Real Estate License
(or in the process of obtaining one)
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a desire to grow personally and professionally
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital marketing tools
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Compensation $40,000 - $150,000 yearly
