Your role as a Real Estate Agent:
Strengthen client relationships and increase repeat/referral business
Conduct buyer and seller consultations to match clients with the right properties
Host showings and open houses to promote listings
Guide clients through the full process from listing to closing
Stay informed on market trends and pricing to advise clients with confidence
What you’ll need:
An active Real Estate License
At least
6 transactions closed in the past 12 months
Strong communication skills and comfort with technology
Drive, organization, and a results-oriented mindset
Compensation:
Commission-based | $96,000 – $300,000+ per year (based on performance)
