Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Pop-Up Talent Houston, TX 77015 The Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects from start to finish Able to communicate technical issues internally and externally with accuracy and proper understanding Negotiate fees and contracts for projects (with vendors) Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, and project set-up with sub-consultant contractors Track the financial performance of the project Track and monitor project progress and report to relevant parties Capability to mitigate delays Ability to foresee potential issues by preparing risk assessments Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships Assure design conforms to a contractual agreement with the client Contribute to office initiatives and learning programs Project management experience in all phases of projects Knowledge of building codes and modular construction Extensive knowledge in at least one discipline: Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing Understanding of technical regulations and related code compliance Good leadership capability and can work as a team Good communication and management skills Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD and Revit are a plus Education & Experience
BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field At least 6+ years of experience in Industrial Commercial Construction or a combination of a degree and four years of experience PMP Certificate is a plus Experience in Managing EPCC projects is preferred ISO9001 experience is preferred: managing projects in an ISO9001-certified company Experience in ERP, Epicor is preferred We are an equal opportunity employer, and we are an organization that values diversity.
