Novant Health Urgent Cares is currently looking for an x-ray technologist to join our team who will operate x-ray equipment and produce x-ray images to aid providers with diagnosing and/or treating diseases or injuries. The technologist will also help with triaging and rooming patients including taking vitals, reviewing patient history, and summarizing the reason for visit. Do You Have What It Takes?
A good candidate will bring with them: 1-year degree in Radiographic technology Current SC license for radiographic technology Limited Practice Radiographer-General Certification accepted Healthcare Provider CPR certification Trained in OSHA/HIPAA compliance Willing to work 12 hour shifts and weekends Willing to work at other centers as needed Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct. An ideal candidate would also have: 2-year degree in Radiographic technology Full practice radiographer certification Seniority level
