Account Executive - Home Health - Full Time - Yolo and West Sacramento Counties at Bridge Home Health & Hospice. Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr. Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and referral sources within an assigned territory to promote hospice services. Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on key customer opportunities. Prioritize accounts in accordance with the market sales plan. Support new business development staff with education and training with the Area Sales Manager. Continuously conduct market assessments and develop a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections. Employ marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources. Build and monitor community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of Bridge/Home Hospice as a high-quality provider of services. Maintain knowledge of Bridge/Home Hospice markets, government agencies, payer groups, referral sources, and competitor market positioning. Provide leadership in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs with team members within the territory. Qualifications
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least three years of experience in health care marketing management and/or home care operations recommended. At least one year of sales experience preferred. Ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel. Ability to market aggressively and interact tactfully with customers and the community. Knowledge of corporate business management. Excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills. Autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities. Valid California Driver’s License with current auto insurance. Physical Requirements
Ability to sit occasionally for 1-3 hours. Ability to stand frequently for 3-6 hours. Ability to drive or operate foot controls for 1-3 hours. Ability to walk occasionally on level surfaces for 1-3 hours. Ability to walk on unlevel surfaces intermittently for less than 1 hour. Ability to bend, climb, and intermittently crawl for up to 1-3 hours. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds intermittently in less than 1 hour. Why Join Us?
