Responsibilities As a Senior Account Executive, Agency Partnerships you will develop and grow agency partnerships through best‑in‑class customer service, campaign maintenance/optimization and proactive Kroger Precision Marketing partnership recommendations. Your digital media & e‑commerce expertise will foster strong relationships across all Agency partners and serve as a resource to fellow 84.51° CPG team leads.

To be successful, you will be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, collaborate well with internal stakeholders, bring a sense of urgency to transacting business, and be confident working in self‑service platforms. You will be responsible for keeping the organization abreast of competitive market intelligence and own a high‑value agency relationship (negotiating, conducting bi‑weekly syncs, presenting new product offerings, etc.).

This role focuses on several key initiatives:

Collaboration and agency education across 84.51° divisions, specifically Sales, Partnership Management, Product Strategy & Innovation, Data Science and Engineering Teams Partner with CPG Account Executive at KPM to create a best‑in‑class process for working with agencies Support CPG Account Executive at KPM and contribute to agency revenue goals Develop strong agency relationships to effectively engage on a daily basis Agency onboarding; responsible for working with Kroger Corporate legal team for alignment on Agency T&C’s as new products come to market and partnering with CPG team leads to uncover new agency partnership opportunities Remaining current on agency and advertiser expectations; digital media table stakes and industry demands Organizing and scheduling agency summits throughout the year Responsible for working with fellow KPM CPG Account Manager’s and KPM CPG Account Executives on developing campaign proposals and optimization recommendations Assist in invoice/billing issues with agencies Respond to agency inquiries from Kroger Precision Marketing’s e‑mail alias

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

A minimum of 4‑6 years of relevant digital media experience (e.g. Publisher, Media Agency, Data Provider)

Ability to navigate agency teams and identify key influencers and champions

Experience planning, delivering, and executing media, measurement, and creative strategy

Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and managed self‑service skills

Experience managing internal and external relationships

Experience building new customer relationships

Experience in business development working with media agencies

Experience in advertising sales, account management and client services

A good team player, fast learner and open to changes

Preferred Qualifications

Basic programmatic knowledge

Experience successfully engaging and negotiating at C‑Level within agencies and agency groups

Experience working with Fortune 500 advertisers, agencies, and clients

Pay Transparency and Benefits

The stated salary range represents the entire span applicable across all geographic markets from lowest to highest. Actual salary offers will be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data and cost of labor. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for variable compensation.

Pay Range $100,000 - $200,000 USD

Location Location options vary by role and are stated in each job posting. Headquarters are in Cincinnati, OH, with hubs in Chicago, Deerfield, New York and Portland. Not all roles are open in all locations. We have an in‑office expectation for Monday‑Thursday with the option to work remote on Fridays (may vary by role) and candidates must live in one of our hub locations or be willing to relocate (relocation assistance is provided).
