Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing personalized consultation on their insurance needs.
Policy Sales: Present and sell suitable insurance policies to clients, ensuring their needs are met while achieving sales targets. Also take advantage of cross‑selling opportunities.
Market Analysis: Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors to provide the best possible advice and service to clients.
Document Preparation: Efficiently manage and maintain accurate client records and documentation, meeting compliance and accuracy standards.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional post‑sale service and address client questions.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet collective goals and foster a supportive work environment.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty (2‑20) License is required for this position.
Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly preferred, especially with homeowners and auto insurance (5 years licensed).
Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
Customer‑Centric: A strong focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
People Person: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Detail‑Oriented: Attention to detail to accurately offer coverages based on client needs.
