Area Sales Manager - East Germany (Hamburg down to Bavaria) About the Company A market-leading organisation in the
rehabilitation and mobility technology sector , renowned for its innovative robotic and sensor-based medical devices. With operations in over 60 countries and a strong global footprint, the company continues to expand rapidly across key markets including the U.S., APAC, and EMEA.
The Opportunity Due to continued growth, the company is looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager for the eastern region of Germany to strengthen its presence and support clinical partners. This position offers the chance to join a high-performing, fast-scaling medtech business and grow into a
future leadership position
within the DACH region.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales across the
eastern half of Germany
(from Hamburg to Bavaria), engaging directly with
hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centres.
Drive business through existing
distribution partners
while developing new end-customer relationships.
Take ownership of regional growth by running
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
and monitoring partner performance.
Lead complex, project-based sales cycles (typically 9–12 months) involving high-value medical devices (€10,000–250,000 per system).
Represent the company at a high professional standard, ensuring excellent customer engagement and product advocacy.
Collaborate closely with leadership to identify regional opportunities and prepare for future
Head of DACH
progression.
Candidate Profile
2–3+ years of experience minimum
in Rehab/Mobility capital equipment sales.
Must have recent capital equipment experience
Experience selling into
clinical, rehabilitation, or hospital environments
(rehab/mobility experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of
project-based sales
with long sales cycles.
Proven ability to manage and motivate
distribution partners .
Self-driven, entrepreneurial , and comfortable working autonomously in a small, growing organisation.
