We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to join our Field Operations team in King's Bay, GA and Jacksonville, FL. If you are driven by safety, quality work, and delivering on schedule and within budget, this could be your next opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all mechanical construction activities, including Plumbing & Piping teams.

Coordinate assigned crews and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of mechanical work in compliance with project requirements and timelines.

Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications, maintaining alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values.

Work closely with the Superintendent to support the coordination of multiple scopes of work across the project site.

Manage mechanical installations for government and military projects, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and safety standards.

Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, emphasizing teamwork and professionalism across all crews and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications

Five or more years of experience as a Commercial Plumbing Foreman or Superintendent, managing crews on projects with a plumbing scope of at least $400,000.

Three or more years of field or trade experience as a commercial plumber working on government, military, or large commercial construction projects.

Experience in the design-build industry is a plus.

CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑hour Certifications, EM‑385, and STS required.

High school diploma or GED required; preference for candidates with construction management or plumbing trade school courses.

Computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook preferred). BIM software knowledge is preferred.

Salary: $110,000.00–$150,000.00 (King's Bay, GA).
