Responsibilities
Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet sales and customer service objectives
Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to products and procedures
Update sales representatives on procedures and notify Account Managers of any issues requiring follow-up
Promote safe and effective use of products while working to exceed national, regional, and territory sales objectives
Required Qualifications
High School diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; or
Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; or
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
Valid driver\'s license and ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and interact with personal computers
Preferred Qualifications
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years’ work experience in the cardiac field
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or medical sales providing technical/clinical support
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Completion of pacing school or similar training program
Preference for local qualified candidates and candidates with prior experience at the employer
