What to Expect
Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to meet Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives
Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical aspects of products and procedures
Update sales representatives on procedures and notify Account Managers of issues requiring follow-up
Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's products and work in partnership with Account Managers to exceed sales goals
What is Required
High School diploma or GED PLUS a minimum of 11 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field OR
Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 9 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field OR
Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 7 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
IBHRE or RCIS or RCES Certification required
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80% of the time

Preference for local qualified candidates and those with experience at the employer
B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
Proven track record with technical training assignments
Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
