as a Shipping Associate in the Production Department. This role focuses on picking, packing, and shipping customer orders in a timely and orderly manner.
Key Responsibilities
Process orders and review order notes to determine parcel carrier and handling requirements.
Accurately pick orders using picking sheets and VIAF to identify correct customer orders.
Verify all items picked are correct by confirming part numbers, product descriptions, and quantities.
Prepare orders for shipment, select appropriate cartons, and pack securely.
Maintain assigned aisle and product stacks; remove debris and empty boxes.
Sweep assigned aisle daily and follow cGMP guidelines.
Perform other duties as directed by leadership.
Qualifications
High school education and/or GED equivalent.
Minimum age 16; must be 18 or older to operate machinery.
At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented and able to follow directions.
Can work well in a team environment.
Capacity to stand throughout an 8‑hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
