We’re partnering with a thriving small to mid-sized creative marketing agency that’s seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruiting environment and keep things moving as they scale.
Hourly pay range: $30-$35/hour (depending on experience)
Hybrid 3-4 days onsite (midtown West)
Responsibilities
Own interview scheduling for high volume active roles across creative, strategy, and operations
Act as the point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, recruiters, and HRBPs
Manage and update the ATS – ensuring accuracy and consistency
Maintain candidate trackers (Google Docs) and assist in pulling recruitment reports
Shepherd candidates during onsite interviews, acting as the face of the team
Consolidate interview feedback and ensure timely communication across stakeholders
Support process improvements and assist with light ATS optimization
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in recruiting or talent coordination role
Comfortable juggling high-volume scheduling and multiple moving pieces
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with excellent written and verbal communication
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, creative environment with shifting priorities
Familiarity with agency life or marketing / creative industries is a big plus
Experience with various ATS systems, experience with system improvement/utilization projects is an added bonus
Strong, collaborative team culture with high visibility across the business
