We are looking to advance your career while working with an extraordinary team. This full‑time position is located in the Altoona and East Freedom, PA Schools district and offers a salary of up to $80,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff – train, schedule, monitor, and evaluate the performance of behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.

Develop and oversee treatment programs – create and manage behavioral programs tailored to meet the needs of clients with autism and related disorders.

Conduct assessments – use skill acquisition tools, functional behavior assessments, and other evaluations to identify client needs.

Create and update treatment plans – develop individualized behavior treatment plans, review progress regularly, and adjust as needed based on data.

Provide supervision and direct support – oversee treatment implementation by staff, consult with caregivers, and step in with direct intervention when necessary.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams – work with teachers, therapists, parents, and other stakeholders to coordinate and deliver effective services.
