Location: Altoona, Pennsylvania, United States (Altoona and East Freedom, PA Schools)
Position Type: Full-Time
Shift: 1st Shift - no weekends
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
Requirements Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Minimum of one year ABA experience

We are seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA ) to join our team for our
Altoona and East Freedom, PA Schools . This is a full-time position.
Salary: Up to $80,000
Responsibilities Supervise staff
– Train, schedule, monitor, and evaluate the performance of behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians.
Develop and oversee treatment programs
– Create and manage behavioral programs tailored to meet the needs of clients with autism and related disorders.
Conduct assessments
– Use skill acquisition tools, functional behavior assessments, and other evaluations to identify client needs.
Create and update treatment plans
– Develop individualized behavior treatment plans, review progress regularly, and adjust as needed based on data.
Provide supervision and direct support
– Oversee treatment implementation by staff, consult with caregivers, and provide direct intervention when necessary.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
– Work with teachers, therapists, parents, and other stakeholders to coordinate and deliver effective services.
