What will you be doing?

Drive adoption, optimization, and expansion of the LEAF technology platform across assigned accounts.

Lead initial customer training and Go-Live events, including change management.

Provide ongoing clinical education, support, and ensure high utilization of LEAF; conduct monthly data reviews and initiatives like Turn Academy.

Serve as front-line clinical support for high-value LEAF customers; onboard new accounts within IDNs with LEAF Sales Specialists (LSS) and Clinical Resource Specialists (CRS).

Train and educate clinical staff on product features, best practices, and workflow integration; troubleshoot issues on-site or remotely.

Develop partnerships with clinical teams, skin and pressure injury prevention teams, and quality departments.

Leverage LEAF reports to deliver actionable insights, support Quarterly Business Reviews, and identify workflow enhancements.

Identify opportunities to integrate LEAF with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technologies.

Identify expansion opportunities within current accounts and qualify new leads based on clinical insights.

Contribute to strategic account planning with feedback on user behavior, trends, and customer insights.

What will you need to be successful?

Strong clinical foundation; ideally Registered Nurse; bachelor’s degree preferred.

At least three years of clinical experience; prior exposure to clinical technology platforms desirable.

Solid understanding of hospital turning and repositioning protocols to support workflow integration and adoption of the LEAF platform.

Strong data analytics skills and ability to extract actionable insights.

Confident presenting, training, and communicating with diverse clinical teams.

Willingness to travel up to 50% to support accounts across multiple regions.
