At Hirevue, Finance is a true business partner. You’ll own subsidiary accounting, compliance, and a frictionless month-end close so our teams can move with confidence. What you’ll do
Orchestrate external providers for subsidiary accounting, statutory reporting, and audits (bank, 401(k), financials). Lead tax & regulatory compliance with partners (payroll, transfer pricing, U.S. federal/state, and applicable VAT/withholding). Own intercompany activity—recording, reconciliations, and eliminations. Run a timely, accurate GAAP close: TB review, account recs, and a clear monthly package. Review sales orders; assess ASC 606 revenue implications and product/service taxability. Deliver sharp financial analysis and variance/flux insights; tackle ad-hoc deep dives. Improve and document processes that make close, O2C, and compliance simpler and smarter. Coach teammates on technical topics; jump into special projects that move the business. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA and 2+ years public accounting (Big Four a plus) preferred. ~7+ years’ accounting experience, ideally including SaaS and global operations. Strong command of GAAP, tax regs, financial reporting, and transfer pricing basics. What you’ll bring
Systems savvy: ERP/FRx tools (NetSuite a plus) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables). Detail obsession, clear communication, and the ability to juggle priorities—plus a continuous-improvement mindset. Company Values
