Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely responses. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions. Assist clients with the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition. Identify and resolve client issues promptly, escalating when necessary to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback. Provide detailed information about our products and services to clients to enhance their experience. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service or related field. Proven experience in a client service or support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with a focus on building relationships and understanding client needs. Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively.
