Overview Telehealth – BCBA Role with Limited Travel
Primarily remote with limited monthly travel (approx. 20%)
$85,000 – $95,000 base + bonuses (up to $107,000 total)
Must live in NC, SC, GA, CT, LA, MA, RI, TX, VA, or FL
This position is primarily a telehealth role where you will spend eight out of every ten days working from your home office to support children with autism. To maintain the highest quality standards, you will travel two days every two weeks to your assigned market.

Your Role as a BCBA at Butterfly Effects
Supervision & Support: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high‑quality services.
Assessment & Planning: Conduct FBAs, set individualized goals, and design evidence‑based treatment plans.
Family Training: Empower caregivers with ABA strategies through regular training sessions.
Collaboration: Partner with therapists, educators, and professionals for holistic care.
Qualifications
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
Active BCBA Certification (BACB).
Commitment to supporting children and families with autism.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
