Total Compensation: Base salary $85,000 – $95,000 + quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually).

Your Role as a BCBA
Managing & Supervising Staff: Oversee RBTs and BTs for consistent, high‑quality ABA service delivery.
Conducting Assessments & Planning: Perform functional behavior assessments and create evidence‑based intervention plans.
Family & Caregiver Training: Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and professionals for holistic care.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
