The Engineering Development Program (EDP) at UPS is a structured 4‑month training program for highly qualified Industrial Engineers. Upon completion of the program, the engineer will have the opportunity to move into an Industrial Engineering (IE) Supervisor position as detailed below.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following preferred majors:
Industrial Engineering
Process Engineering
Engineering & Technology Management
Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
Automation EngineeringEngineering Management
Supply Chain Management
Logistics
Operations Management / Research
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Enthusiasm, idealism, creativity and dedication to getting results
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Ability to interact and communicate effectively across business units

Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $72,120.00/year to $117,180.00/year. Hired applicants are offered annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
