Perform neurosurgical procedures with precision and expertise. Assess and diagnose patients' neurological conditions accurately. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records. Stay updated on the latest advancements in neurosurgery and medical practices. Provide guidance and support to medical staff and colleagues. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Requirements
Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Board certification in Neurosurgery. Valid state medical license in Colorado. Proven experience working as a Neurosurgeon. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in patient care. Level I trauma Schedule: 24-hour call, 7a-7a Required Procedures: Surgical traumas (cranial and spine), surgical spine fractures Support Staff: RN, MA, trauma and neurosurgeons EMR: Epic Must be board-certified Paid travel & expenses
