Analyst, Strategic Value Advisory – Kroll Our Strategic Value Advisory practice provides quantitative consulting services that solve business problems by analyzing risk and value. We support mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, capital investment decisions, financial reporting valuations, and complex commercial litigation, including patent litigation and contract disputes. Collaborate with colleagues to devise innovative solutions to client problems. Work closely with clients and coworkers to formulate financial models. Program and run financial models and “what if” analyses. Interview experts and perform industry research. Perform data analysis using statistics, econometrics, probabilistic modeling, Monte Carlo simulation, and other quantitative modeling and analytics techniques. Write reports, make presentations, and assist in group facilitation. Assist in client proposals and new business development. Requirements

Currently enrolled in, or recent graduate of, an undergraduate or graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Operations Research, Management Science, or Physics from an accredited institution. Must be available to start between May 2025 and July 2025. Minimum current cumulative GPA of 3.5. Enjoyment of applying quantitative techniques to challenging, real‑world problems. Solid understanding of mathematical concepts, probability, and statistics. Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail, ability to manage time and workflow, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment. Demonstrated commitment to focus on quality. Willingness to take initiative and responsibility, learn new concepts, work independently and master new tasks quickly. Programming or statistical modeling experience using a language such as VBA, C++, MATLAB, R, SAS, or STATA is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities. Experience working with diverse teams. Salary Range for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 USD.
